This is the meeting
you all have been waiting for. This
Thursday we will have our general club meeting.
After the meeting we will have
our drawing of prizes.
BRING THE TICKETS YOU HAVE BEEN COLLECTING
ALL YEAR.
For
those of you wanting more tickets they will be available to purchase at
the
meeting, all proceedings going into the club fund.
If you cannot make it,
you can give your tickets to another member and they might give you
what you won.
The ticket
MUST be at the drawing.
There are several prizes and we
will draw until they are all gone (the used computer parts table does
NOT have
to be cleared).
There have been a
four notifications of individuals bring
items to the drawing table and we want to thank those people
(don’t forget
to bring the items), but we will have many items available and many
chances of
winning.
New member prospects are welcome to come and purchase a chance
for a prize.
There will be one
order of business – It is that time
for elections of new officers and board/committee seats.

You may serve on
more than one committee.
We have received
many nominations for these positions and we list the nominees
below.
It would help speed up the meeting if we could combined the information
so if
you are on the nominee list,
please email Gary Herrick
with a acceptance and position or
45 reasons why you must turn down the nomination.
